Physiotherapist (Director of Bergh&Cilliers Inc)
Neil is a dynamic and enthusiastic physiotherapist with a special interest and passion for the identification and management of sport and musculoskeletal conditions. He obtained his Physiotherapy degree from the University of the Free State in 2014. After working in the public and private sector Neil became a partner in 2016. He enjoys being instrumental in assisting patients to return to their daily lives free of pain, thereby improving their quality of life.
His biggest passion is in getting sportsmen and –women back onto the playing field whether it be social participants or elite professionals. Neil is driven to gain and implement the newest knowledge in the identification and management of musculoskeletal and sports related injuries and conditions. He thrives on working closely with sports teams.
He has completed the following courses:
- McKenzie MDT Part A – The lumbar spine,
- Dry Needling Level 1,
- Fascial Manipulation level 1,
- Kinesio Taping level 1,
- How to start your own private practice and Managing a private practice,
- Completed his (SPT) Sport Physiotherapy post graduate qualification.
